Our history
1996 The company is founded
ITI Systems S.r.l. is founded. The company is controlled by International Technegroup Inc. (ITI) from Cincinnati (USA), with a significant participation of the company management.
2001 PLM exits the ITI Group
The company name is changed to PLM Systems S.r.l.
2003 Altea S.r.l acquires control of PLM Systems
In February 2003 PLM Systems signed a strategic agreement with Altea, becoming part of the Altea Network Group, with the primary objective of broadening the Altea offering by developing consulting activities in Product Development and Collaborative Product Commerce sectors.
2003 Acquisition of Adage S.r.l. consulting services.,
PLM Systems acquire the services branch of Adage, distributor of the PLM package MatrixOne in Italy since 1994.
